I have the experience in the field of CSR, social Innovation, Sustainable Development Project, Project Management and Sustainable Agriculture. I have work experience working with multinational company, working with several Donor projects, Government of Indonesia and others strategic Stakeholder.
I have more than ten years of experience in the corporate social responsibility area, handling CSR programs, sustainable development projects, social innovation for national and multinational companies, lastly as Project Coordinator Asia Pacific Region, Danone Ecosystem Fund, Danone Group in Paris. Implementing several projects in Asia Pacific ; Indonesia, India, China and Japan and Bangladesh. Namely; Sustainable Agriculture, Integrated farming project, Livelihood Project, Watershed Management Project, Community Empowerment, Social Innovation project, Value creation project, Dairy Development project, several Community Development Activities and CSR design Programs.
My experience equipped me with the ability to facilitate relations with communities/farmers, non- government organizations, private companies,the government and other strategic stakeholders. My experience also covers the mapping and assessment of community needs, Stakeholder mapping and engagement, the implementation and Monev. I have the skill experience in designing sustainability roadmap and CSR/Social Innovation programs as well as sustainable development project and stakeholder management, Risk mapping, ESMS (Environmental and Social Management System), and Sustainable Agriculture.
